A: Yes! Our products are manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities and contain high-quality, lab-tested ingredients.

Q: Are your strips vegan or gluten-free?
A: Most MELTA Strips are vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO. Check each product’s “Ingredients” section for specific details.

Q: How long before I feel results?
A: Because MELTA Strips absorb quickly, many people notice effects within 10–30 minutes, depending on the formula.

We want you to love your MELTA experience! If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how returns work:

1. Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

2. Return Process

  • Email our team at meltastrips@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently don’t offer exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us and we’ll make it right.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, promotional bundles, and opened products are not eligible for return.
